| Tornado An NWS damage survey determined an EF-2 tornado with peak winds near 115 mph, path length of 11 miles, and path width of 150 yards impacted mainly rural portions of Iroquois and Newton counties in Illinois and Indiana, respectively. Damage along the paths consisted of downed trees, damaged farm buildings, and snapped power poles. |
