A series of severe weather episodes are expected early next week. The chances for storms will return Sunday as a strong storm system moves slowly east across the central United States. The chance for thunderstorms will gradually move eastward across the entire region on Monday. There is a risk of severe thunderstorms over the area during this period, with the potential that storms could produce large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. The threat for severe weather may extend into Tuesday as well. Be sure to monitor weather conditions and check back for further updates.
