An area of light snow mixed with light rain will continue to develop and slide east over Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana this morning. It appears the heaviest snowfall would fall along the I-80 corridor between Kendall/Grundy counties East to Lake/Porter counties in Northwest Indiana. Precipitation will quickly push east by midday, with mostly clouds skies remaining over the area. Then the focus turns towards yet another system that will approach the area Thursday, and could bring light snow as well.
